The lilac Pokémon did, I just happened to receive the card. Haven't you gotten any yourself? They seem to be all over the place.

Claudia has been methodically working her way through the truly astounding pile of discount valentines candy that she'd gone out to buy early that morning... but look, she'd always make time for Shinobu. He was like an older sibling, only much less show-offy and easier to understand than Janine.

(Not for the first time she wishes he was really her brother, even though she knows that technically due to time travel or something he's supposed to be old enough to be Mimi's brother.)

"Coming!" she calls back, before quickly clearing some space on her bed so he could sit with her if he wants.

"Hi Shinobu," she says, once the door is open. "Want some discount candy? I'm got lots of it."

(That wish of hers, and the fact that he now knows about it, may or may not need to be a conversation for another day.)

And that is a truly intimidating amount of candy. "Did they put their entire inventory on sale?"

The Riolu you gave me is doing awesome! I called him Banana Kick. It's kind of a cross between this candy back where I'm from and where I've seen him excelling... Eevee's doing well, too! I gave her to Bakugou and man... He's never gonna admit it, but I think he really likes her. He's even putting ribbons on her which, believe me, I never expected anything like that!

ANYWAY! We're on Island One of Sevii and I was wondering if there was any kinda souvenir you might want?

[It's a relief that Kirishima's calling her. Not that she wasn't glad for Jane's and Louie's help, but she does like like Kirishima and so it's a relief he's calling to check up on her.]

It's okay. You and your friends were traveling, right? Sometimes the gears have bad reception.

The good thing is that it's just a sprain! So I'll be better in two weeks, not months from now.

[The whole beach and auction thing was too much peopleing for this part-time hermit so after everything was said and done, Sasha went right back to tucking herself into the solitude of her bedroom. She doesn't expect to be bothered there, what with Shiro, Lance, and Pidge being wherever they are that's not at home and Jean being with whoever that lady that won him. Or so she guesses on Jean. Sasha doesn't ask questions she won't like the answer to anymore.

But there's a knock at the door, sending some of the more curious cats skittering towards it and behind it is Claudia. Sasha's already wide eyes widen even more at the surprise visitor and she's too polite to send Claudia packing the opposite way, so she waves the other girl in.]

Um... what are you doing here?

[Visiting, duh. That should be obvious, but Sasha hasn't had a visitor in a couple months. The idea of it happening again eludes her.]

[Claudia grins sheepishly. She's dressed in a bright pineapple-patterned Hawaiian shirt, with yellow biker shorts, and her hair is pulled up into a side ponytail with a yellow scrunchy. Dangly earrings shaped like different pineapple slices hang from her ears.]

Oh, um, Shinobu and I were in the neighborhood? We decided to head out and explore Sevii after the auction and I remembered your address, so I thought I'd see if you were around.

[Despite that it's just Claudia at her door—although if Sasha cranes her head around to look past her friend, she might be able to spot Claudia's usual traveling companion out sketching Pokemon a bit down the road, but still in easy view of her house. We're assuming there is a road. Possibly it's further down the path or further into the jungle or further down the beach.]

July 11th | Pidgey Mail

[The box the Pidgey drops for Claudia is curious, to say the least - square. Not very wide, but definitely tall. Inside there's a bracelet... huh. A rather simple one for Jaskier's standards, isn't it? Ah, but there's more! If Claudia pays attention, she'll notice that the base where the bracelet rests has a little ribbon loop attached to it, and if she pulls, she can remove said base to discover the treasure hidden under it: tons and tons of charms so she can customize the bracelet to her taste!

And with the box there's a card, of course, with Jaskier's elegant penmanship in gold ink on the back.]

Congratulations on another trip around the sun!
